 Tarra has 14 years of experience providing supports and services to people with disabilities and helping individuals and families navigate OPWDD Self-Direction.

Her professional background includes working as a self-hired Direct Support Professional, Fiscal Intermediary Coordinator, Fiscal Intermediary Program Manager, and Broker Program Manager. These roles have given her a well-rounded understanding of Self-Direction from the perspectives of participants, families, support staff, Fiscal Intermediaries, and Support Brokers.

Tarra’s professional, educational, and personal experiences have centered on providing unwavering support, compassion, and advocacy to people with disabilities. She is committed to helping participants develop person-centered services that reflect their individual needs, preferences, goals, and vision for a meaningful life.
