Her professional background includes person-centered planning, service coordination, collaboration with families and service providers, and navigating complex systems to help individuals access appropriate supports.

As an Independent Support Broker, Shahiddah is committed to helping participants and their Circles of Support understand Self-Direction and develop individualized services that reflect each participant’s needs, preferences, and goals.
