Kristina has more than 10 years of experience serving individuals with developmental disabilities and working across health and social-service systems. Her professional experience includes roles as a Direct Support Professional, Day Habilitation and Respite Supervisor, Care Manager, Medicaid Service Coordinator, Fiscal Intermediary representative, Adult Protective Services professional, and Support Broker.

Kristina uses a person-centered and trauma-informed approach when supporting children, adolescents, young adults, older adults, and individuals with developmental or mental-health disabilities, co-occurring conditions, substance-use disorders, or HIV/AIDS.

She works collaboratively with participants, families, Care Managers, Fiscal Intermediaries, and service providers to promote dignity, independence, inclusion, informed choice, and progress toward meaningful personal goals.
