Special Education Advocacy Fees

Advocate Meeting Participation subject to cancellation fee if the meeting is cancelled without 48 hours notice.   Services are subject to Advocate's scheduling  availability

Special Education Advocacy  complete services-No cancellation fee applies. 

Ongoing advocacy services to resolve special education service delivery challenges,  classroom and/or school inappropriate placement,  Special Education IEP meeting, 504 plans, manifestation meeting advocacy-guaranteed participation given proper notice.  IEP amendments and  additional evaluation requests. 

On a case by case basis, Starting Point Services will provide free special education advocacy supports to families in need of assistance and unable to cover the cost of advocacy.   This Service is only provided for 90 days.  Starting Point Services may request documentation to enroll clients in this category.
